Tatum ISD board OK's deficit budget, staff raises

TATUM, Texas (LNJ) – Tatum ISD trustees have approved a budget that projects the district will spend more than it will receive during the 2018-19 school year.

According to our newspaper partners, the Longview News Journal, board members gave approval to a spending plan with $13.3 million in expenses and $10.96 million in revenue — a deficit of about $2.34 million.
