Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo Sued Over Face Mask Requirement

By Naomi AnduThe Texas Tribune

A Houston area doctor who is also a conservative political activist is suing to block Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s recent order requiring residents over 10 years old to wear face masks in public places for 30 days, with some narrow exceptions.

“The rights we enjoy under the Texas Constitution are being trampled on by Judge Hidalgo, while millions of individuals have lost their jobs and thousands of businesses are on the brink of bankruptcy,” Dr. Steven Hotze’s petition to the Harris County District Court reads. “If Judge Hidalgo’s Order is not declared unconstitutional and void, once this virus passes, the rights we are afforded under the Texas Constitution will forever be damaged.”

The suit claims Hidalgo has exceeded her authority by implementing orders more restrictive than those of Gov. Greg Abbott, which take precedence. It also claims that the Disaster Act limits Hidalgo’s powers to those explicitly outlined in the statute, which “does not contain any language forcing private citizens to wear masks, wash their hands, refrain from touching their face, or stay six feet away from another under the threat of fines.”

Brazoria County deputies hosting free drive-thru pet food pantry in Alvin

RAZORIA COUNTY, Texas — There will be a free drive-thru pet food pantry on Thursday in Brazoria County.

Brazoria County Precinct 3 is hosting the Houston Humane Society event at the Alvin Animal Adoption Center — located at 550 W State Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511 — from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“While there are needs far greater than we can assist, we hope this event will provide some relief for pet owners.”, said Autumn M. Miller, Manager at the Alvin Animal Adoption Center.

exas is reopening its retail stores, malls, restaurants and movie theaters at 25 percent capacity on Friday, but Miller said it knows some pet owners will still have trouble making it to stores due to the financial impact from the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As a pet owner and a foster parent to hospice pets, I personally know the struggles one can feel financially to feed your pet and give them the proper nutrition they need to thrive. Sadly, when finances get tight our pets suffer and lack the food that is important for their growth and health,” Miller said.

Mayor Turner responds to Gov. Abbott’s announcement of a phased reopening of Texas

Turned said that Abbott’s order will supersede local orders and no local orders can be more stringent than the stipulations he put in place as retailers, movie theaters and other businesses start to reopen.

The mayor said he hoped that coronavirus cases in Houston do not spike as people begin venturing outside and going back to work starting Friday.

Coronavirus In Greater Houston: Turner Asks Montgomery County Judge To Keep Businesses Closed To Stop COVID-19 Spread In The Region

Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough on Tuesday said he was preparing to reopen all businesses in the county, saying Gov. Greg Abbott’s executive order lifting only some restrictions on business was too vague.

Keough complained that the order, signed Monday by Gov. Greg Abbott, was stifling businesses by only allowing them to open at 25% occupancy, and said the governor was picking “winners and losers” by setting limits on which businesses were allowed to open.

As part of his argument, Keough questioned why dentists were now allowed to open and not hair salons, even though dentists performing oral surgery and routine check-ups for dental hygiene put their hands inside of patients’ mouths.

Texas conservatives call stay-at-home orders ‘tyranny.’ Some lawmakers agree.

Taylor Goldenstein April 14, 2020

A group of conservatives, including an influential Texas activist, penned an open letter to President Donald Trump this week, asking him to restart the economy and “let Americans manage their own risks,” while decrying expanded government benefits as a step toward socialism.

“Sadly, many state and local governments are not following the personal responsibility approach you advocated,” they wrote. “They are using wrong and confusing data to strip Americans of basic liberties, and to advance tyranny at an alarming rate.”

The letter was written by Tim Dunn, the chair of the Tea Party-aligned activist group Empower Texans — whose political action committee has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to Texas conservatives — as well as Darrell Scott and Kareem Lanier, co-founders of the Urban Revitalization Coalition and board members of the National Diversity Coalition for Trump.

Linahan: Bill Gates – Threat to America

By Alice Linahan 4.5.2020

Originally posted on VoicesEmpower.com

Today, on Palm Sunday, I was out taking in God’s blessings on a walk, listening to music on YouTube, and I hear a message… “STAY 6 Feet Away, you know the rules.”. So I looked around and there was no one on my trail at the moment. I thought to myself, now, that is creepy!! Am I being monitored? NOOOO… Is that even possible? Well, yes, it certainly is.

Using algorithms for social change…
Back in 2016, I quoted data scientist Cathy O’Neil, author of ‘Weapons of Math Destruction’  in saying…
“An algorithm is an opinion written into code.” In this 12 min. summary, O’Neil gives her theory that algorithms are being used as weapons of social control through what she calls “the authority of the inscrutable”.

And that leads me to Bill Gates. As reported by Eileen Iorio on her post…
Gates speaks on his vision for re-opening the world post #COVID19 – How rights will be restored based on mass vaccination status. Mass gathering (religious, entertainment, sports?) may NEVER come back.” YIKES!!

As David Knight reminded us…

Gates is NOT a doctor
Gates is NOT an epidemiologist
Gates was NOT elected
Gates is NOT even a lifetime bureaucrats

So why is he the authority?
It’s HIS #Plandemic

DARPA funded his #NewsGuard & #ElectionGuard

Bill Gates calls for nationwide social isolation policy to slow coronavirus spread

“Remember what Gates did to education? He experimented with the state standards across America through the Common Core. Texas said no to Common Core but allowed it to come through the backdoor via the College and Career Ready Standards and rebranded textbooks. The majority of Texas standards (TEKS) align with Common Core. He knew his involvement in education was a giant experiment and we wouldn’t know for ten years if it worked. Well, it didn’t. I would caution anyone who follows him or listens to his direction:” Lynn Davenport

In 2000, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) a grant for 6.3 million dollars. http://www.voicesempower.com/total-quality-management-tqm-texas_points-of-compliance-in_the-education-system/?fbclid=IwAR0FQHsK3isQA8sbXbhztuDAit9Mez2HBwxGXo91j1SFU7DB0X3juDPWghA

• TASA and the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) are trade organizations who’ve been tied to the vendors/lobbyists for many years; and, of course, they pay for their agenda by using local taxpayers’ dollars which cover TASA/TASB dues, conventions, etc.

• Texas Leadership Center Date: June 2000 The purpose of the grant to TASA: to provide superintendents and principals from public and private schools access to quality leadership development focused on technology integration and whole systems change.

• In 2002 the federal government began the Statewide Longitudinal Data System grant program to offer grants to states that agreed to build their student data systems according to federal dictates (20 U.S.C. § 9501 et seq).

• In 2004 at Microsoft signed a 26-page “Cooperation Agreement with the UNITED NATIONS EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION (UNESCO) to develop a “master curriculum (Syllabus)” for teacher training in information technologies based on standards, guidelines, benchmarks, and assessment techniques. The Agreement states that . . . “UNESCO will explore how to facilitate content development.”Following the signing of the Agreement, UNESCO Director-General Koichiro Matsuura explained it in a speech. One of its goals, he said, is “fostering web-based communities of practice including content development and worldwide curricula reflecting UNESCO values.” No doubt that it is agreeable to Bill Gates because the Agreement states that “Microsoft supports the objectives of UNESCO as stipulated in UNESCO’s Constitution.”- Berit KjosMicrosoft “Cooperation Agreement”: http://eagleforum.org/links/UNESCO-MS.pdf Address by Mr. Koïchiro Matsuura Director-General of the United Nations Educational,

• In November 2015(before Trump), the White House hosted a national conversation on transforming high schools to align with the Next Generation High School Model. Next Generation High School is a trade school–for all kids. Based on the Soviet Model of Education. The goal is to turn 95% of kids into workers, conditioned to think as the US Department of Education and Bill Gates wants them to. Rethinking the High School Experience- This all ties into why the states are moving to the Next Generation of Assessments and Accountability UNESCO’s Global Data standards.

NOW – Let’s hear from some actual experts on what the reality is on the ground, with respect to COVID-19.
There are important findings on #COVID19. please listen to Dr. Corsi’s 4/3/20 interview with Dr. Vladimir Zelenko and Dr. Karladine Graves, who is a trusted and dear friend of mine. –The message is, have hope!! God is in Control!! NOT BILL GATES!!

Stephen Broden: God’s Judgment and COVID-19

God’s Judgment and COVID-19

Could COVID-19 be a judgment on the world for the wholesale murder of babies, human trafficking, the normalization of the homosexual lifestyle and same-sex marriage, and the redefining of morality to immorality?

There is a spiritual tenor to the effect this virus is having on the psyche of the world. Humankind is terrified, fearful, and frightened by the prospect of falling victim to this horrific virus.

Luke 21:11 says, “…and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terror…” Here the Greek word terror is phobetron, which means dreadful sight, terrible occurrence, fearful event. The English word phobia is derived from the Greek word phobetron. Phobia means an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something. Without question, these definitions describe what’s happening in the earth resulting from COVID-19.
